By using our services, you agree to this policy and understand that most of our processes involve third-party government portals, legal authorities, and verification systems where refunds may not always be possible once the process has started.
Digidocs operates as a facilitator between users and government departments, regulatory bodies, or authorized agents. We assist with documentation, form submissions, digital stamping, registration, and related services. Because most services involve personalized document preparation and submission to official portals, once processing has begun, cancellation or refund eligibility becomes limited.
If a cancellation request is made before the application or document processing has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and payment gateway charges.
You must submit your cancellation request via email to support@digidocsindia.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Important: Since government and CSC service fees are non-refundable by the respective authorities, we cannot process refunds once the service reaches the submission stage.
