Platform - The DigiDocs website, mobile applications, and all associated technology infrastructure used to deliver the Service.

By accessing or using the DigiDocs Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DigiDocs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
